Thomson “Tommy” Stanfield is in love with Colorado. A true Denver native, Tommy has lived in Denver and surrounding cities, including Fort Collins, Boulder, and Dillon. He moved away once in search of the only place that boasted a happier lifestyle: Maui, Hawaii. After only a year, he moved back because he missed the seasons and all that Colorado has to offer.
Tommy spent the last three years working for a custom homebuilder selling semi-custom and custom luxury homes in Lone Tree, Colorado. This was a great opportunity for him to get his feet wet in the real estate industry and learn the processes from a builder’s perspective. He left to spread his wings and pursue a career as an agent not limited to one specific builder or neighborhood. Prior to that, he was pursuing a career in the craft beer industry, managing the taproom and restaurant inside a brewery in Fort Collins. During that time, he was nominated for the Fort Collins Hospitality Person of the Year in 2013. He moved back to Denver in 2015 to follow in the footsteps of his mother, a real estate agent of 27 years.
Tommy is excited and motivated to assist and guide clients in one of life’s biggest transactions while ensuring that the process — whether buying or selling — is as seamless and stress-free as possible. Combining his hospitality background, calming demeanor, vast knowledge of the metro area, and past experiences as the son of a real estate agent, Tommy is the perfect addition to the Guide group and an incredible agent to have on your side.
In his free time, Tommy enjoys everything that this beautiful state has to offer, including hiking, backpacking, fishing, snowboarding, golfing, mountain biking, and off-roading. He is a die-hard Denver sports fan and enjoys rooting for his teams with his wife, Megan, and their four dogs, Scooter, Marvin, Gauge, and Chance.
