Originally from Rhode Island, Kaitryn Hayes moved to Colorado to attend college. She graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. However, real estate, specifically design and architecture, has always interested Kaitryn. While studying abroad in Australia, she earned her real estate license with the intention of returning to the United States. After completing her final semester at school, she ultimately decided Denver was home.
“I have a great amount of enthusiasm for the entire real estate process,” she says. “I think there is a huge responsibility as an agent to help people find the right home and to protect them in the process of purchasing it. As for sellers, I want to give the very best outcome that leaves them with more opportunities.”
Kaitryn also started designing and making clothes during the pandemic, continuing to run this business today. She loves applying her passion for design and style, and she looks for opportunities to use her hands to create something unique.
Kaitryn’s family is still in the Northeast, and she goes to visit them in the summers. She spends a lot of time on the water, at the beach, and boating. She grew up ski racing, and she still enjoys skiing as much as possible. Kaitryn loves film photography and spends a lot of time trying to master her film cameras.
