Erin Hollingsworth has been a full-time real estate agent since 2004, and she has extensive experience in residential transactions. She spent several years in Phoenix in traditional sales for buyers and sellers. After seven years in Denver, Erin secured a prestigious contract with an infill builder to be the exclusive listing agent for several of their modern luxury properties in Cherry Creek and Lo-Hi.
Although she has sold homes in almost every city in the Denver metro area, Erin dedicates most of her time to serving Denver clients where she lives. She’s also invested in areas including Platte Park, Denver University, Rosedale, Harvard Gulch, University Hills, University Park, Observatory Park, Washington Park, Ruby Hill, Arapahoe Acres, Overland, Bonnie Brae, Cory-Merrill, Wellshire, and Cherry Creek.
Having moved homes 20 times by the age of 20, Erin understands the impact that moving has on individuals and their families. Erin has a passion for ensuring her clients are well cared for during the process. Whether buying or selling, she knows every client is unique. She accordingly approaches each transaction with a sharp eye, a compassionate heart, and the right strategy to meet her clients’ real estate and financial goals.
Erin is a Realtor® and a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors®, the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Nebraska, and she studied real estate at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
Erin is a momma to the coolest kiddo, Winslow. She loves to travel and have staycations to find charming local spots to dine, hang out, or have tea. Since 2010, Erin has also taught journal-keeping workshops to help people learn new ways to keep a journal for self-care. She also donates her time as a hotline volunteer with The Lighthouse to combat human trafficking.
